| Dr. Paul D. Whitney
opened his dental practice in April of 1987 in Flagstaff,
Arizona. He is originally
from Concord, Massachusetts. He received his B.S. in Zoology
from the University of Massachusetts in 1979 and his D.D.S.
from Georgetown University in Washington, DC in 1983. To provide comprehensive dental care,
he works closely with other dentists and dental specialists in
Flagstaff and northern Arizona.
He also stays current with
dental trends and techniques through continuing education.
He
has had the same office location in the Continental Plaza for
over 21 years.
Dr.
Whitney enjoys writing the "Word of Mouth"
column appearing every other week in the "A"
section of the Arizona Daily Sun. The articles
feature a variety of topics on good oral-health
practices and will address all aspects of dental
care.
Each year Paul
volunteers for the "Give Kids a Smile Day"
providing free dental care to children who are in
need from around the Flagstaff area. For fun, he
is an active chili cook through his membership in
the International Chili Society and also supports
Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Flagstaff as Chairman
of the
Route 66 Chili Cookoff, and ICS worlds
championship qualifying event held each June in
Thorpe Park. He also is an avid golfer.
Dr. Whitney and his wife Sarah are
the proud parents of two preschool children. Sarah is
originally from Missouri and a graduate of the University of
Missouri - Columbia. |
